Abdul Razzaq is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems, University of Limerick, and he is also affiliated with Lero – the SFI Research Centre for Software.

His research interests include:

• Software Architecture Modelling, Modernization and Recovery encompassing systems/tools/code analysis and software metrics
• Software Engineering for AI/ML, with focus on NLP and Generative modelling
• Human Factors in Software Engineering like productivity control through developer emotions, perceptions, and values
