Faeq Alrimawi is an Assistant Professor at the University of Limerick, where he is also affiliated with Lero – the SFI Research Centre for Software. His research interests lie primarily in software engineering, encompassing requirement engineering, automation and modelling. His research extends into cyber security and digital forensics of cyber-physical systems. He also delves into the world of prosocial behavior, in particular kindness, where he jointly led the development of “Kind Computing” – a new paradigm that explicitly integrates considerations of kindness into software development and usage.
