Dr Klaas-Jan Stol is a Senior Lecturer with the School of Computer Science and Information Technology at University College Cork, Ireland.

His research focuses on contemporary software development methods and technology, including agile/lean, open source/inner source, and socio-technical processes in software organizations, such as onboarding and adoption of new technologies such as AI.
